Quality Statement of Intent
RenoBuild regard the promotion of quality issues
as an integral and core part of both management and employee responsibilities, supporting
our belief that good quality management practice benefits good business performance
improvement.
The integrated RenoBuild Management System has
been developed on the principles of ISO 9001 (Quality) requirements. It details
“best RenoBuild practice”, risk control arrangements
and the responsibilities of management and employees – especially in the pursuit
Health and Safety standards. These requirements must be applied by everyone at all
times, to uphold the concept of “Safely Building a Quality Environment”.
We are committed to uphold these responsibilities and beliefs, and in that pursuit
to:
- Strive for excellence in the provision of
services to our customers, with particular regard to quality and completion
on time
- Provide adequate, competent resources to ensure
the highest standards of quality management and practice are achieved at all
times
- Establish and develop sustainable relationships,
based on mutual trust, with all parts of the supply team, and respecting the
workforce – recognising that integrated teams perform better and safer to everyone’s
benefit
- Inform, respect and support our local communities
– ensuring timely response to complaints from 3rd parties
- Protect our assets and those of our customers
and employees
- Set, review and communicate objectives and
targets, at appropriate levels, to continuously improve performance
- Consult and communicate with our employees
and other stakeholders on matters that may affect the Environment in which they
work
- Continuously review and improve business processes,
ensuring that customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements
are met, maintained and exceeded if possible
- Provide appropriate instruction and training
for our employees, to ensure that quality responsibilities and considerations
are included in all aspects of our business
- Maintain professional quality teams to support
and advise management and employees
- Ensure full material traceability where possible
- Periodically review this Statement and the
RenoBuild Management System to ensure that
they both remain suitable, adequate and effective
