practicality and comfort.
Refurbishment
- As more focus is placed on regeneration, renewal and re-use of existing
buildings there is an increasing demand for our refurbishment skills. Working
often in and around busy locations, such as shopping centres, occupied buildings
and public spaces, we manage our refurbishment projects in a way that
minimises disruption and ensures the safety
of all people affected by the work. We do this by combining innovation
with tried and tested processes. Quality is at the heart
of what we do, delivering better buildings for better returns, whilst maintaining
a relationship focused approach.
Planned Maintenance
- An essential part of keeping the aesthetics and working environment in
good order is the continuous upkeep of internal and external building elements.
Our familiarity with property maintenance and understanding of commercial downtime
enables the client to have a set annual or monthly maintenance program arranged
to suit their staffing, customer and operating time constraints.
Reactive Works
- Urgent works are always required, either through customer demand, poor
planning, breakdowns or accidents. Our ability to respond within short notification
has set us apart from the rest. We operate on a 24hr survey and mobile unit
basis, attending to the necessary remedial work virtually immediately. Non essential
remedial repairs are either incorporated in the
PPM
program or attended to at a convenient time that suits the client.

- Incorporating our domestic & international experience, product knowledge
and business associations, Renobuild
is able to offer a range of specialist services. Insulation, raincreen cladding
and passive fire protection specification and installation, all fall within
our portfolio.
